Unisa
2 Months and still not registered

I registered online with UNISA to do honours on the 07 of december 2012 and paid my registration fee the same day. It's been almost 2 months and my registration has still not been processed.
I've called and followed up with UNISA and the first time I did they made me fill in some other form to send to the [email protected]. Still I recived no confirmation of registration. I then made follow up calls and have been told numerously that they would process it the day I called and still nothing has been processed.
My student number is 51569256... please just register me already
