To whom it may concern
I have been enquiring regarding the below (FAC2601) when I registered for this subject last year. I was aware that I did not have the prerequisites and therefore did the enquiry. I have attached all my previous correspondence on email. I went down to the UNISA campus on the 28JAN2013and lodged the same enquiry, they printed a form (which refers to my application for credits) and told me I could go the self-help kiosk and they would assist me in registering for the below subject in the second semester. I followed the web based channels and no one referred me back to student administration and if they had I probably would be registered for the below. My question is why I was not allowed to register for the below subject previously, but now I am allowed to register? Is student admin giving me the wrong information? Also I am a bit concerned about my required 36 credit minimum in my first year. I have only been able to register for one subject this semester due to the above. I would greatly appreciate it if I would be able to do FAC2601 this semester and if my registration failure could be reconsidered with the info provided. PLEASE ASSIST
