We are unable to ever get through telephonically the the contact numbers as supplied by UNISA for accounts and student enquiries. The phone will ring constantly for ages, then get disconnected. This is an ongoing problem, and in the two years my daughter has been studying with them, I have not once been able to get through telephonically.
In this instance they sent a letter saying we owe them R3 110 in fees, yet when I log onto their site it shows everything as being paid up. I have tried calling them on the two numbers supplied for account queries, and no answer. The time of the call was 9.00am, not an unreasonable time to expect staff to be taking calls.
