PHONE CALLS DROPPED/BAD SERVICE

I am a current student of Unisa (Student 43436498) and have been trying to register since the 8 of Jan /2013.
I registered online and had a problem as my registration was not processed .i was then told to re-register.
i tried calling the numbers given to students 0124293111 and 0124415888 but to no avail.the call gets pucked up and then dropped or there is no answer.
The email address supplied to student ([email protected] and [email protected]) do not respond to any of your mails whatsoever.

How can students be in contact with the university and solve the questions they have if the university does not respond? this is not effective at all and terrible service. We are paying R1200 and sometimes more per module yet Unisa cannot give us a proper registration service. This is pathetic and i am outraged at Unisa.
