2nd Complaint to be lodged against this company. I lodged a complaint in February 2013, got a reply from Nadiemah Parker about the refund I am demanding due to lack of service, no books received after repeated calls and emails. After many back and forths she advise that it was be taken to the cancellation department. She is now ignoring my calls, ignoring my emails. I called again yesterday demanding to speak to her, or her superior - was informed her superior will call me back. I am still waiting. Yesterday I lodged a formal complaint against Intec College with the Dept in Charge of the Consumer Protection Act.
I have given deadlines to Intec as by when to pay me, which they have ignored. I am so over their excuses and "we will get back to you" Bulls%#@t!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
