I purchased a UNISA 3G deal with CELL C and was promised that I was one of the first 5000 who will receive a FREE modem with the purchase. I purchased the deal in August and yet do I have to receive instructions on where to pick up the modem. I am getting very angry and even thinking of cancelling the service and going to Telkom because they have better service in my area. Don't promise and not deliver. I have also received a Assignment back that has not been given a mark even though I submitted within the time frame given to me by UNISA management at registration. Please sort out this mess or I'm going to a different university who cares about its sutdents.
