Good day, I have tried numerous times to contact cell c regarding this issue but they have not responded as yet so im forwarding the complaint to Unisa as a last resort. I purchased the deal on the 5th of August from my unisa. I made payment on that day as well. The payment has been processed by unisa but i have still not received my data. According to cell c customer care the problem is with unisa and not cell c. I have also followed the procedures required for activation. Could you kindly assist me or refund me.
