Unisa
Correct mark not allocated

HI i am a student at unisa.i am currently studying reception year course i have been having a problem with my assignment mark i have resubmitted it and my Mark has changed from 64% to 96% but it has still not been allocated to me even on my unisa website.i have called the unisa assignment centre and they have told me they cannot change my mark unless the professor tells them to.can sum one please assist
