I received a SMS from my bank stating that I had a debit order from a company TELECOM, that I have never heard of before. They directed me to StratCol as the responsible debiting company and provided me with a contact number : 087 3514877. I have been trying to get hold of them for the better part of two days. The phone works and it tells me who they are and that I will be put through to a call centre employee, and then the phone just cuts off, every single time the same thing happens ate exactly the same time in the call. I do now want to mail details to the company, I want to talk to someone that can explain to me why they are deducting money from my account without any proof permission. This whole exercise has cost me a lot of time and calls that just seem to go nowhere. I do not like using websites like these, but this leave me no other option.
