StratCol is a Debit Order collection agency which has been debiting money off my account without my permission for the last six months.
When I called to inquire about this debit orders, they told me that they are working on behalf on another company called TOPADS.
I then asked StratCol for the documentation from TOPADS providing me with with proof or a mandate that they received from TOPADS requesting that the debit order go off my my account. STRATCOL refuses to supply me with any information and replied that they received an order via electronic format from their client TOPADS and cannot sent it to me.
They also provided me with TOPADS telephone numbers (all of which does not work 031 8373168 & 0318376014)
StratCol must provide me with TOPAD order requesting my account to be debited and TOPAD must also provide me with proof of my permission to withdraw monies from my account.
I want my money back plus interest or I will lay a charge of against both companies if I do not receive this documentation. I am disgusted at StratCol & TopAD * & hope that there are others out there who will assist me in closing such companies down and arresting those confident tricksters
