Varsity College has built a reputation of bad service delivery amongst their "students". We basically pay them an arm and a leg for such bad service. Firstly, the Varsity College guides we receive are almost never up to date and are full of errors. it is their responsibility to update those guides for us but instead they give us out dated material. Secondly, Last week we spent 2 hours waiting on a lecturer that didn't show. Nobody at Varsity College even bothered to tell us that he was not coming. Then we received a sms to say we will be having our classes this week on Thursday. Guess What, NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN AND WE DIDNT RECEIVE AN SMS TO INFORM US. We then went to complain and they lady told us that our time table and our lecturers time table were different, SERIOUSLY??? We got an apology but, Who's going to make up for that wasted time and wasted fuel??? Seems like once they have your money, service delivery goes right out the window!!!
