To whom it may concern,
I believe when a customer has a problem or a complain about your company your employee is supposed to listen and address the issue even if that employee spoken to is not responsible- they are supposed to acknowledge the complain and apologise. Now after a week on end of trying to get a hold of Lehlogonolo and leaving numerous messages for her to call me with no response and being told she is at head office and when i call head office i am referred back to the Centurion office with failure to pass my message on to her, whether via email or telephone or in this case she could have been ignoring the message.
In the midst of trying to explain the above she cuts me while i try to speak and tells me "don't tell us we are incompetent, that has passed let's move on let me assist you" with a crucially stinking degrading attitude and failure to even hear out my concerns. And when I tell her she is being rude she HUNG UP the phone in my EAR!!!
What the do you call that? huh? Sis- Pathetic!
after so much for getting a certificate! whether its a reprint or not you should be polite- ITS STANDARD!
You should get a warning and be taken for training!
