Not received confirmation letter of completion of my PGCE

I've been waiting for almost a month now, i just want to find out when i'll be getting my confirmation letter or my qualification is incomplete! According to my records i've completed my post graduate certificate in education... I real need to know as i'm currently searching for a job! Pls help: my studend no.49121235..tank u
