I enrolled for 3 courses with Unisa for second semester in conjunction with Rhodes University as I am completing a Bcom and LLB at Rhodes. However, I am working as a paralegal and received my salary on the 31st of july and then I paid over the minimum fee for registration of R1780 via eft to their standard bank account using my absa Internet banking. I tried to phone, sms and email about the status of my registration as I had transferred the money but after 3 weeks I was replied to saying I am not going to registered because the funds only reflected in the unisa bank account on the 8th. Its highly unfair that I must now suffer academically when I have worked so hard due to an electronic error. I have since requested letters from standard bank and absa to prove that money left my account into the unisa student account on the 31st of july. I would just like to have complete registration.
