I have written to UNISA but all I ever get back is an automated response.
I registered for two year modules at the beginning of the year FDELD5H AND FDESE28. Once working through the modules I see that I needed to FIRST needed to complete FDELD4G. NO WHERE on the UNISA website did it state that FDELD4G is a prerequisite to FEDLD5H. I contacted the lecturer who said that it would be extremely difficult to complete FDELD5H without FIRST doing FDELD4G.
Due to no fault of mine I had to cancell that registration and only complete FDESE28 this year and register to do FDELD4G next year and then FDELD5H the year after. This has caused me a whole year delay in completing my studies.
Also I have not been refunded for the full module however it was not my fault I had to cancel as UNISA did not instruct which module must be completed first see your web page UNDERGRADUATE & HONOURS STUDIES: ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN EDUCATION: INCLUSIVE EDUCATION (BARRIERS TO LEARNING DIFFICULTIES) COURSE CODE 03972.
To date I have not have a response from UNISA and I had to pay for their mistake. I have studied through UNISA for many years and their lecturers are great but as for the admin..
