The faculty of financial and economic sciences today refused to print out reports for students who came after 10h00 despite the fact that they ha not announced anywhere that they would close early today and the fact they had been refusing to print out stamped results days leading up to today. the result of this is that those who have graduated cannot apply or even accept positions in the workplace because we cannot furnish employers with stamped results from the faculty.
the secretary zoleka, slammed the door in our faces today when we begged her to print out our results (and this is her job) saying that there was no one in the office and that the computers had shut down yet in another door she would let people in, who seemingly knew her personally, and furnish them with the stamped results, a matter which they later bragged to us about.
the conduct is unprofessional, unfair and leaves us stranded. worst of all parents who pay fees throughout the year and expect to see OFFICIAL results will never see them until january 2014.
i'm personally entirely disappointed at the faculty and the university
