At the beginning of 2013 - 4 subjects were debited without our permission to my son's student account. These subjects were not due as he did not passed the previous subjects and did not Attend theses classes.
They were: Costing 2, (S1) Maintenance 2 (S2) Manufacturing 3 (S2), Applied Strengths 3 (S2)
After numerous complaints, sitting for hours in the admin offices since February, finally 1 amendments were passed by the office cancelling only 3 subjects. Costing was still listed.
After inquiry from us today, we were told that Costing could not be credited as he had a mark of zero completed by the Cput staff and that we are liable to pay the full subject as well as the interest debited to his account.. This cause that we cannot receive his results from subjects taken and paid in full this year.
It also means - he cannot register in 2014 before this account is cleared by Cput. BUT the registration window is open only for 24 hours and from experience we know that we are going to miss this and then be told that he is to late for registration.
