I have asked for a remark in Jan'13. The R300 was paid and taken by Unisa. As of today, I haven't received my remark. Gisela advised that they will refund me (as if this will sort the matter out!) but that also didn't happen. I was forced to rewrite the exam as this was my last subject outstanding for my degree and I didn't know if I pass with the remark or not by the time I was due to write exams! This is totally unacceptable and if I read some of the comments on this site then my I am so glad this was my last year with Unisa. I will do my honours through another University!
