Time wasting due to lack of knowledge

I contacted unisa on their 936 4114 number, was then referred to call 4115 (no one picked up), eventually when I got through, they said I can pay fees via Absa (whom I bank with as unisa is a preapproved beneficiary) got to the bank and stood in a queue for 2 hours only to be told they are not (both Athlone and Vangate Absa confirmed this). On Tuesday called in again and was told that I can draw the money at my bank (I have a R1000 limit- since I needed to draw over that amount) and go in and pay it in order for it to reflect immediately, or could pay it via Standard bank to reflect within 24-48 hours. I asked the agent if they are sure FOUR times with regards to me dropping off the money, she said yes. Stood in Absa, then I drove all the way to parow from Grassy Park!? To stand in a queue for over an hour to be told that Unisa doesn't accept cash and they haven't accepted cash for years (with much attitude) and had to end up rushing to Standard Bank to get this over and done with. I just want to get on with my studies. But they really need to train their phone agents who are giving out misleading information.
