On Jan 25 2013 I went to STD Bank in Bryanston needed to pay may Unisa Fees as this was the closing date, got there made a deposit into my credit card and I needed the cash to be made available so that I can pay my fees, and the money would only reflect in the card the following day, I explained my situation to Thembu, he called the head office and was on the phone countless times to make sure this happens.
Thembu made sure that the cash was cleared and then transfered the money into the Unisa account, am glad that was sorted that very day. Thanx to Thembu for the excellent service, efficient and friendly as well.
