Good day.
I've been contacting Van Schaick Bookstore in Hatfield since yesterday. I've forward e-mails to request a quotation for 3 textbooks, and have asked for assistance over the telephone.
Up till date no one has helped me, nor replied to my e-mails.
Today I have phoned numerous times, where either there was no answer, or I was put on hold with no one coming back to me, or once the person has actually put the phone down without assisting me.
May someone please help me as my queries are rather urgent, because I'll have to use alternative bookshops if Van Schaik doesn't have my textbooks in stock. (Please keep in mind, all my years of studies I've always purchased my textbooks from Van Schaik, as in my perspective it is the best bookshop for tersiary studies, which makes it a really sad situation for me to log this complaint.)
Hope to have some feedback from someone shortly.
