Hi,

I have been trying to contact Unisa for over a week now with regards registration for this semester. There was an amount that I had owed to Unisa since 2010. They did not send me any letters or messages or emails to say i owed anything. When i tried to register last year it came up that i owed an amount to them. I contact Unisa and then was reffered to a third party company based in Cape Town and was advised that i needed to deal with them as my account was handed over. at that point o owed R310.

i contact the company which provided very bad service. i gave them my banking details to debit the amount owing. after 4 months of having my details they finally debited my account. at that time my amount owing was around R450. i paid the amount just glad that it was over.

now i try to register and i get a message saying i still have fees outstanding. which i have paid already but obviously the company Unisa hires to collect funds havent updated their info. i have since called with being hung up on saying the lines are busy. i have emailed and smsd Unisa with no response. and 3 days left for registration.

can someone pleeease contact me and assist???
