Unisa
Paid up however still financial block

My student number is 40920933 - My Unisa account has a financial block however i have paid all outstanding fees. In Nov 2012 i received a statement which indicated i owed R 4824.00. There were two line items, one of R 3400 and the other of R 1424. I did not understand or know where the R 1424 amount came from therefore enquired with Unisa. I sent 3 emails over the next two months without a response. Not wanting to be handed over i paid the R 3400 amount in Jan 2013 however still enquired the other amount. I was then handed over for the remaining amount, once i was handed over i was given an explanation of what the amount came from. I then paid the outstanding amount in March 2013.
Up until this day, i am still financially blocked. I have sent multiple emails & sms's without success.
Please can someone resolve this. I am wanting to register for an honours degree but the administration at Unisa is terrible. Please can this be resolved urgently.
