I was called by MGI & i was asked to pay an amount of R20320.00 to settle the account in the year 2011. i was later on called that year & was told to pay an amount of R15000. i then went to find out where the amount came from & they did not know. I then went again & was told now to pay R12000 i refused because i did not know where the morney came from. i then came a 3rd time & now they are telling me to pay R9000 yet still they refuse to show where where the money comes from.
at the begining of 2011 my son came back with the contract & R450000 was billed. i then asked him to reduse and do only the modules he had failed which would brind the amount back to R30000 or less as i would be paying it off myself. he then went to Kugan who was the student advisor at the time & was advised that the changes would be made & Sameera would be notified of the changes. i had started off the year with a credit of -R10000. when i had paid the R200320. it made sense as he'd be doing that 5 modules he had failed.
Oriel is the person incharge of the account Supervisor Carol refused & was negative. Spoke to the manager Desiree would was rude. we asked for ducuments and ger the response "Maybe Never".
