IQ does not stick to their end of the bargain

I received my study material mid april, and i have been requesting a pin telephonically, via email and even on their facebook online chats. i then emailed them requesting cancellation on 2 July, surprisingly they responded immediately saying to cancell i need to pay R2050. meaning I'm paying for their incompetence. They have been debiting my account meaning i have been sticking to my side of the bargain, and have waited 3MONTHS and I am now fed up... In my opinion they should be refunding my money because i can't access what they sent me...
