I applied online to Unisa in January 2013 for study material - Higher Education. Paid the R1710.00 incl delivery of study material. After 3 months, I still did not receive my study material. After phoning and being placed on hold numerous times, I eventually decided to cancel the studies and request my refund, this was in April. Towards the end of June I received my study package - Surprise!!!

What is going on with Unisa. How can you send me the package after I sent more than one email requesting the cancellation via mylife email account and to crown it ALL OFF - Surprise Exams are in October / November!!! Hello - what must I do catch up on 6 months of studies in 3 months... I dont think so.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE, ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO CANCEL THE STUDIES AND GET MY REFUND!!!

This is a basic consumer right to request cancellation and get a refund on items you do not want.
