We also got contacted by these people with nice promises this was also about 3 years ago after numerous emails and phone call we also got no response only to be told we need now to pay more on extra accounts and stuff then trying to open a account no success and guess what no help the after a while we also gave up on them and send emails to cancel. till to day no response now also we have being handed over and black listed because we stooped our debt order.we where contacted by a dept collecting agency we told them our side of the story and now we still waiting this is now almost a month still nobody contacted us. must say they take your money and try to get your money back for get it. I would like some one to contact me as this is dragging out for too long. frustrated with these people that ripe me off. with that when we started with these people they promises that after six months if you are not happy they will refund you still want to see that it has being almost 3 years.
