Slow response to student queries

Hi

I've been trying to register with Unisa for a new degree since November last year.
I did not have enough credits to continue with my current degree as it will only be available until 2016 and had to register for a new one.
I made a mistake on the registration page and asked for help to rectify it.
After sending emails every day I received a response.
I filled in the form that they sent me and to this day I've not received any feedback.
The incorrect registration info is still on their system and this is preventing me from completing the registration for the next semester.

If someone would be willing to help me I would appreciate it.
I have an 8 to 5 job and cannot afford to take a day off to stand in a line for several hours with no guarantee that this issue will be resolved.
