Debiting Bank A/C After Cancellation

At the beginning of June I enquired at IQ Academy about Financial Management Course, a IQ consultant called me & advised of the various courses, stating that no payment/deposit was due until the end of July 2013; the Study Material would be delivered by courier in 2 working days. I was also advised that should I wish to cancel after I had received the study material there would be NO additional cancellation fees etc. She insisted on taking all my details - which I gave her. Two days later the same consultant contacted me, rudely advising me that the required material would only be delivered once payment had been. I was upset & cancelled immediately! That was mid June 2013, on 31 July & 30 August 2013, an amount of R399.00 was deducted from my FNB Bank A/C. Today the 31/09/2013 another debit of R102 was deducted off my account once again it was for IQ Academy. I am single mother & extremely upset & should the total amount of R900 is not be refunded immediately & directly back into my FNB Chq Account I will take legal action.
