Good morning, I've got a complain against company called Stratcol/67336409 contact no. 0873514877. Yesterday (25/09/13) at about 08:16 in the morning & today (26/09/26) at about 6:11am there was a bounced back debit of R299.00 in my Absa account which was made by Stratcol, I then googled the company & phone them. Telephonically I've spoken to the lady by the name of Jane (she is working for Stratcol), she checked for me & told me that there's a company called SVM Enterprise from Durban has instructed Stratcol to debit money from my account, then Jane gave me their contact no. which was 0318255168 & 0614499524 and I also wanted their email address she gave me a gmail account which was strange for me because SVM was a company without a company's email address. I phoned SVM I've spoken to Meshack, he then told me then told me they'll clear my name from their system. My concern is I want Stracol to pay all the bank charges because the debit which bounced back I didn't authorised it, so I need a feedback & my name clear.
