I have been busy for months trying to get a refund for an incorrect debit. So now that i have sent all the documents that you need, i get an email back saying that it is not bank stamped. The second page has the account holder name, account number, bank stamp and branch name on??? What is wrong with you? I am so tired of your incompetence. Making me wait for months and now probably another 90 days because you do not read documents sent to you correctly. Why has my recurring complaint not been escalated to manager because clearly nobody who has dealt with my query has a clue of how to resolve issues on first contact. I am sick, sick, sick of you Damelin.
