Matric Exemption Failure on UNISA's part

I have been trying for 2 days now to get hold of someone to renew my Matric Exemption at Access and Matriculation exemption. The numbers I have been given are NEVER answered. I have recorded 52 phone calls to these numbers and they just ring. I have also sent numerous emails to [email protected] over the last few days with no reply except the automated response from the mail server.

How can a so called higher education institution operate like this? Is this how they set an example for students preparing for the working world? Completely and utterly useless...
