NO RESPONSE AT aLL but have taken my money readily

In August I tried to register with UNISA for a BA, but as I do not have a matric (I have A LEVELS which are higher than a matric and a BSc Hons) they said I would not be able to apply unless I got all of my degree documents and module scores from London checked by a notary public and sent to them.
I did this (R180 special delivery) but was then told it was not good enough & that I should report to my local UNISA office (120km roun trip) to get my certificates stamped by a member of the team there. So I took a day off work to did this. Mr Gumede at the office checked my drgree and certificates and sent the documents. A month later I received a letter asking for said documents again. So i drove back to the office (their phones have not worked for 3 months!)and was told he had sent them and had made a comment under my student number. I wrote back saying they had been sent but noone has responded. Furthermore it was requested that I sent 400 rand to UNISA/AME for matric exemption and was since told that I did not need the exemption check. they have not refunded my money and NOONE will reply to my emails. I do not want to study with such a joke of an institution, I want my money back
