Unisa
Admission and Matric Exemption

I'm applying for admission and matric exemption through UNISA. So far it has been a confusing mess and close to impossible to get feedback on the issue.

After applying for admission I went to apply for the matric exemption (withing the same week). I paid the R400 and had all my documents checked there and submitted it to be delivered. Now I receive a letter informing me I need to pay R400 and submit the documents.

I've already received a student number, but I have no idea what my matric exemption status is and if I can register for subjects this year.

No one answers the phone at Access and Matriculation exemption department and all other numbers I've tried do not work.

Is there anybody who can assist me? So far utterly frustrating working with UNISA.
