My sun register for a Storekeeping and Stock Controller course at Damlin College at Andries Street in Pretoria. We pay the registration fee of R2804.00. The course should be started the first of February. After several times that we call, they tell us the course didn't start yet. The course were only on Saturdays. He confirmed with his work that the studies begin on the 1st of February. They give him the time off to go to class, because he work during the week and on weekends he were on standby. On the 9th of April we went back to Damlin to cancel the course, because his work were not satisfied that he didn't start with the course.
They told us that they will pay the registration money of R2804.00 back to his account in a few weeks. It is June now and still the money is not in his account. We phone several times Damlin inconnection of the money and every time they said this Friday. This morning we phone 3 times and every time he were not available to talk to us. We leaved some messages but he did not come back to us. I just want to know how long were we wait for them to pay in the amount, because he must pay another college for his studies.
