No Service and staff highly incompetent staff

I am so disgusted with Unisa that I have numerous times considered taking them to the Ombudsman. I registered early in January and for 2 weeks my registration was pending. I phoned several times a day and was promised that it would be sorted out the same day. Nothing happened. A friend of mine went in to the Florida campus to follow up. There THEY DECIDED to Re-registering me, adding a library card and matric exemption. Both which I did not want or need as I paid my matric exemption 2 years ago. I did go and pay the extra as I did not want my registration to be declined. Now I have contacted several people to credit the money i paid for the exemption to my balance but nobody is helping. There is no call centre and still my study material is not even been dispatched and i have 5 assignments due in less than a month. Can somebody please do something about this terrible service. Unisa is a disgrace and if something does not get done about this soon I will take this further.
