I'm deeply depressed by the UNISA people as I asked for a refund from them 2 months back and upto today nothing has been done weird enough the money was removed from my school account on the 22nd of May and now registrations are open I have to pay more fees into my account so I can register successfully. the big question is where did my money go what happened to the refund I was supposed to get and worst of all UNISA is not replying my emails not even 1. I'm deeply frustrated because of this and I do not know what to do. UNISA staff has put me in tight spot please help me.
