Why is Unisa service so bad this year? In my opinion Unisa should close its doors once and for all. My place of work paid my fees in full for this year and for next year in advance, I took my proof of payment to for next year and this year to Unisa during Feb and in my account only the payment for this year 2013 reflects but not the payment made in advance for next year. I also have an amount of 1200 payable to me by Unisa as a refund for books I bought with my own money, I was promised 3 weeks ago by unisa that the amount would be deposited into my account in 21 days. The 21 days has come and gone and still no refund. I cannot stand for such poor service, I want my refund and I want all the payments made into my student account to reflect.
