Poor service delivery & bad attitude

I applied for refund of R5000, 00 from Unisa Kimberley on 01 November 2012 because I registered with another university (24533173) and was suppose to pay my registration fees on or before 08 December 2012.The member of staff who assisted me on the abovementioned date told me that it would take up to 21 days to process. I then telephonically called the office on 21 November 2012 and the gentleman working mainly with finance told me that a cheque would be issued during the week of 26-30 November 2012.I went to the office on 30 November 2012 to make enquiries because nothing was forthcoming and was told by the lady who assisted me that nothing is reflecting on the system and she assisted me with a new refund application which will also take 21 working days. I still did not receive my refund at the date of this complaint (2013-01-18). Ms. Cornia Kemp (Finance) ignore enquiries and e-mails directed to her. I am really disappointed and shocked by her and her department's poor service delivery because they denied me an opportunity of further education in that I could not pay my registration fee with the other institution.
