My nature of complaint is the call centre because UNISA DOESN"T HAVE ONE!!!
i have sent faxes and emails stating that i have paid 2012 fees on the 28 november 2012.
to date my account still reflects the arrears
i have attempted to register for the new year but receive smses with an overdue notification and i will not be registered until 2012 fees are paid = THEY HAVE BEEN PAID!!
