This morning an amount of R99.99 was debited from my account WITHOUT my permission. I went onto Google and saw that there are hundreds of complaints about StratCol of a similar nature. I called StratcCol and they said that a telemarketing company called KRAYCAM asked for the amount to be debited. I mean seriously! How the did they get my banking details and how the can they debit MY account without MY permission. I called my bank to report. This company needs to be shut down. I did not sign any documents saying that they could debit my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they were all conveniently in meetings. They know that what they are doing is illegal and that is why they dont ask for paperwork from the companies who hire them! R99.99 is a small amount and my bank wont notify me because it is under R100.00. Clever. Sort this out! My number is 061 181 0910.
