Unisa doesn't refund minimum payment

My 5 modules were cancelled recently but the minimum fee of R2850 which I paid after registration wasn't refunded into my account.

According to Unisa brochures the fees are only forfeited if the module is cancelled after 15 March.

The fact that the minimum fee will be forfeited was never communicated to me, only afterwards was I informed in an email that I should read some or another clause which I also could not find.

I have sent emails in this regard with no feedback.

I hereby request Unisa to refund my account as they didn't inform me that the minimum fee will be forfeited.

I will refer this matter to a higher entity if they do not refund my money which they took without informing me.
