I have sent at least 10 emails and 2 faxes over a period of 4 months to the University requesting a transcript of my degree.
I have however, received a faxed copy but require the original. Unisa keep telling me that it is in the post. How can the post take 4 months from Pretoria to Johannesburg???

I have had no response to my last 4 emails... this poor service certainly does not encourage one to ever become a student with Unisa again
