WHY ARE YOU DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT??? There are debits of R129.99 going off on monthly basis since late last year. I called my bank who referred me to StratCol, when I called StratCol i was referred to Oceans Solutions. I then called Oceans Solutions on a 0872301085 number and was told to provide the reference numbers for all the debits that went off my account for refund. Do you not have recon of the debits taken?? Who gave you authority to do so? What does the Consumer Protection Act say???
I need urgent answers and I am willing to take you guys to court if needs be.
