Pathetic Customer Service and POOR service Del!!!

2011, myself and a friend had registered for a course at Damelin.
-By May 2011 we still did not receive any study material yet Damelin kept deducting their monthly student fees.
- I called into the Cape Town Branch.By June exam period i had still not received any study material even after numerous calls and complaints to the sales guy SEdick and the Johannesburg contact centre.
- By August i was fedup & emailed Sedik my cancellation & refund, i was told this would take a montha & my account will not be debited! They deducted for 3 months after, i placed a stop order on my account & contacted the accs department in Josi again, I kept speaking to diffrent people who said the cancellation is done. About 3 wks ago i received emailsand smses saying my account is overdue, i called the Johanessburg accounts who advised me my cancellation is still is process. HOW DOES A CANCELLATION TAKE 2 YEARS?! i escalated to a manger Molifi who promised to resolve this
& call me in a week, this did not happen!! I called Molifi last wk who confirmed cancellation was done and my refund will be processed. I am still receiving oustanding account smses. My credit record is being affected. This is unacceptable
