I recently applied to study at Unisa, after receiving my student number I had a query concerning calculating the costs involved so I e-mailed their George branch as they are my closest Unisa office. I sent their George office my question on the 8th of May 2013 and when not receiving a reply by the 11th I e-mailed them again asking the same question, to date I have not received a response. Giving up on the George office I sent the same e-mail to the following address [email protected] on the 13th of May 2013 as this is the department involved, to date no response to my query was given from this address. On the 14th of May 2013 I tried one last time and sent my e-mail to the following address [email protected] in hopes of getting my question answered but to date, the 22 May 2013 I have not had so much as a peep from them. I am starting to wonder if this is how students have to struggle to get advice with regards to their study's as well?
