I registered with Damelin Correspondence College in January 2010 for a Risk Management Course, which i paid a deposit of R974.00 on the 28th of January 2010 my reference number being my ID number for study material. And was expecting the study material in February 2010 but received only one study guide in May 2010. and i sent Damelin an e-mail to cancel my registration with them on the 09/04/2010 but they took no notice of that and they kept on sending me sms that my account is overdue, i tried to contact them but still could not get any help.
Until now on the 19/08/2013 that they took my case seriously and my cancellation was granted, after 3 years of not getting any joy from them and they also listed me as a bad payer. anyway a cancellation letter was granted from the cancellation committee and i was also advised that my money will refunded after completing their froms and submitted with supporting documents they required to [email protected] and that was still in August 2013.
But to date i still haven't received my money and I'm not getting responses from the e-mails i sent about my refund.
