Unisa
Seriously disadvantaged

I'm a Unisa graduate & current student. I need to do articles in the field I studied in order to be admitted in the specific profession. It is compulsory to submit a certificate of good conduct during to the Society concerned in order to have my articles registered. I applied at my local Unisa office on 16 April 2013 but the certificate couldn't be printed because I'm currently registered. I approached the supervisor Mr. Mfolo and explained to him and he at first said the documents were posted to me. Nothing was forthcoming so I send Mr. Mfolo e-mails in that regard upon which he replied that they cannot assit me because I'm a registered student. I explained the seriousness & urgency of the matter but to no avail. I also explained that the certificate is needed for the Bachelor's degree I completed with Unisa and not for my current studies in the Master's field. The due date upon which I must submit a certificate of good conduct from the Registrar is 28 May 2013. Failure to submit will lead to non-registration of my articles and termination of employment. I'm seriously disappointed because I've come this far & now Unisa is leaving me out to dry.
