EXPENSIVE FEES FOR THE WORST SERVICE

I started wilth MBS Last year and it has been since then. I would like to study full time this year but i am left thinking twice about staying with Milpark due to their bad service. This is a so called Private institute but comparing it to the public institute i previously studied through, they loose hands down. I was suppose to complete two online tests, for Business literacy and Business management, only to find that when i logged in to my profile the tests were both unavailable! Panicking and confused i immediately called Milpark to advise them of this and no surprise, NO ONE could explain why the tests were unavailable or when they would be available online. I then sent an email to Venolia who was not in the office and was told that they are having problems with the online tests & students will get communication once the tests are available... did i get any communication from them? NO! On the day i had to write my exam, my name was not on the LIST of students to write because of the test saga. I am now stuck not knowing whether the modules i registered for were marked fairly since there were NO online tests to do. For the amount they charge, Milpark is sadly not worth it!
