I signed a contract with intec as a corresponding student, their material took forever to be delivered, their study material is not worth a cent as, words are missing, it seems that cheap photocopying methods were used its even hard to read through the so called "textbook". I terminated my contract by personally going to their offices where I registered, in braamfontein. I was told to email the head office in cape town for my refund n termination of the contract. That was done, yet today I still get messages with them claiming I owe them. With their stupid useless call centers, they don't make it any easy to even communicate with them. I am over the "refund" I was promised, though i was told im gonna get half because some of it will be kept for the admin what what. Nevertheless, all I just from them is to stop with idle threats and constant emails and phone calls telling me I owe them.
